Lauren Stachowiak, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Lauren Stachowiak, PTA, graduated from Ohio Wesleyan’s University with her Bachelor’s degree 2013. At Ohio Wesleyan she majored in Exercise Science and minored in Economics and Management. She then continued her education at Professional Skills institute and received her associates degree to become a physical therapist assistant in 2016.

Lauren’s professional experience includes working in the skilled nursing and outpatient settings. Before joining the team at Balance and Mobility Therapy in 2021, she spent the majority of her career working in outpatient orthopedics and holds certifications in kinesiotaping, cupping, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Lauren is currently working towards a certification in vestibular rehabilitation so that she can better help her patients to reach their goals.

In her free time Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
