Tai Chi Classes

Gentle form of exercise/moving meditation that is easy to learn and can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance as well as improve cardiovascular fitness. Movements are primarily done standing but can also be done seated.

  • Dates: Every Thursday, starting June 19th, 2025 | Ending July 24th, 2025
  • Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
